• Your access to the Nov Beauty Business website is not available for sale to any third party.
• The content and information available on the Nov Beauty Business website, as well as the infrastructure used by it, and all materials contained therein or transmitted from it, and all intellectual property rights related to it, are the exclusive property of Nov Beauty, except as expressly stated in the contract.
